Hii i m vinit singh i was purchased earphone from xank.in site from 16 aug.2018. and i received my earphone so i was open and try to start it. but it's not start so i thought it's battery low so kept in charging 30 min after that i m try to start it but same thing happen. so i call xank customer care number the number is [protected] i was try so many times after 1 day the call connect with customer care. he said sir provide video while charging and i provide it. and after two days i received email from xank site. he said sir provide again video proof via sending mail i was provide. but there is no response so i call again customer care. he said forward all mail to me i send it. he within 4 days guy come and replace your order. but 2 weeks no one come this time i m tired and again call customer care. he said same thing and i will do same thing. and he said guy come in 4 days. but now it's more than 1 week i did not get any response. so i m decide to complaint against the company. now i m trusted you please give me justice.
