I bought a smart watch online (Xank.in) on 17th of this month it got delivered on 20th. They watch i ordered was different and the watch they sent is different product with damaged. From same day i'm trying to call them I want a replacement or refund.
From 20th to till day i'm calling them they are not responding well.
Please help me out.

the product was damaged please can be taken give nice product
