Xank.in — received a wrong product

I have ordered Vapor MT 65 smart watch from Xank.in for about 2099INR
And I have received something that very cheap as compared to the watch mentioned above which is worth 700INR when I checked online.
I tried calling customer care and also mailed them but got no response from them.
This is ridiculously frustrating when you are promised to order something and you receive something worth of peanuts.
When I tried posting something on their Facebook page, they have just blocked me from their page and I can't even lodge a complaint and comment on any of their pictures.
These people should be taught a lesson as how they behave with their customers.
Before receiving the product, all of my calls were being answered, but as soon as the product arrived, none of my calls are being answered.
