I order xank company rag mw * smart watch square dial in black colour on 28/06/2018 and they deliver me on 30/06/2018... But the problem is they not deliver me proper product which i order them to online..
Xank has delivered very bad quality product which is totally china made. Their customer service is very poor. Even they delivered not proper working watches. I am giving this geniune feedback to xank.
Description:- i ordered rag mw 88 smart watch square dial in black colour with good features to after checking out parcel, actually i received white band smart watch even its not proper working watch... I complaint to customer care they said we dont have any option for black watch... I tell them through e-mail and officially mail them but they replied me, we have only white color. After that i send other mail to refund me or exchange my watch but they still not reply me...
Please dont buy any product from xank, fake shopping website, fake products Was this information helpful? |
