Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice i have order a product of Vapor KW77 Smart Watch with Camera + Wictor HBQi7R Wireless Earpod from your web site Xank in.
I have received this product yesterday at 3.00 pm but some how i am not satisfied with the product what i have recieved from your web site.
The product picture which is showing in web site is different and the product what i have received is very different & also the wire less earport is damage ts not working at all.
so i am attaching the screenshot of smart watch with camera and also i am attaching what i have received from you & video for wireless earport which you will come to know the damage of product.
This is the 1st time i have purchase from your web site keeping trust but i have got very disappointed with the product and the service so now my only request to you guys is to refund my money to my bank account details i dont require replacement for it request you to kindly do the need full and resolve the issue asap.

Note :- if you required any details from my site please revert on this & also note that i want the refund not the replacement i hope i will get the possitive reply from you guys.
