Xcel-Online Surveys — Payment

I am Radha. I have been doing online surveys for this Company. Earlier I had redeemed 300 points for Amazon gift card in 2017 and they gave me an used gift card and my repeated phone calls and messages yielded no results. Today again I got an Amazon gift card for 500/- which again I understand is an used gift card as confirmed by Amazon. Is it fair to cheat a Member after extracting their efforts and valuable time ? I hope this issue is sorted out.
