Xenos Automotive — Central locking is not functioning as expected

I have reached one of your technician(sai kiran) to repair the

issue.However, he refused to visit the place and provide service.

I would request your team to look in to the issue and do the needfull.

Requested service is still under warranty.Hence requesting onsite service
