4W Remote central locking and security system

Got a xenos 4W remote central locking and security system in my swift dzire car on14 Feb 2020 in Imphal, Manipur. This has become non functional. I am presently posted in Jabalpur. The product has a 3 year warranty. I have repeatedly tried customer care toll-free number which no one is picking. Have left a voice message also but no one called back. What am I supposed to do?...

car central lock is not working requesting for service centre contact

I am from Kozhikode, Kerala State. I have been using XENOS central locking system for the past4 years. Now the gadget is not working. I have changed the battery but still, it is not working. The indicator light is blinking on each try but could not unlock. Locking function some times working. Kindly provide me Kozhikode based customer service centre number....

Hi team

I have purchased the car remote car in the last year june 2017. Now it is not working and i have raised the complaint that it is not working and it is under warranty
Xenos compaint no : xns-serv[protected] on june 2 but non of the company person has called me to resolved the problem.

Online shopping fraud

I had ordered car care products through the website of xenos technologies based in coimbatore. Money was debited from credit card immediately. A confirmation mail was also sent.

Several weeks have passed and the material has not been delivered. The phones of the company is not being answered. E-mails sent have bounced and some are not being responded. Customer service details provided in the confirmation mail and their...

                  Really very poor service.. in Mumbai i was told to contact Santosh Shukla for resolution.. I have given him my remote of car centre lock on 10th September and still i have not received on 14th October also he is not picking my calls neither he calls again.. very pathetic service rather i thought i would have taken other companys centre locking system… i have taken locking system on 30/07/2022 and it stopped working on 10/08/2022 really irritating it is

                          My two remotes damaged, so I decided to change the shell (outer cover) of the remote
                          Remotes, I can't get any piece of shell. The two remotes are working properly the rubber bush and the sliver coating are totally damaged

                            I got new amplifier and all the speakers are not working together. I have raised this issue mutiple time to Shree Enterprise but they are neither replacing it not able to fix this problem permanently.
