Xenos Automotive — Not working xenos central locking system

Hi,
I purchased the Central Locking and Security System by Xenos on 25/06/2018 from a car accessories dealer in Narela(delhi). I've an authentic bill of purchase and a valid warranty card.
The product is already giving me problems and its just been one and half years since I purchased. I'm unable to lock and unlock my car through the central locking system and I've to do it manually.
Please help me get my product fixed/replaced. My product is under warranty as the company offers a 3 years warranty period.
