Xenos Automotive — Xenos central locking not working

My xenos central locking system is not working and under warranty.

The dealor who installed central locking is saying warranty is serviced by company not us.

And xenos toll free number is not responding
Trying number from 2 days it's just ringing and no answer.

I have all the required details like bill and warranty card but unable to trace xenos automotive for repair or replacement of fault lock system.
