I purchsed this xenos car center locking kit from market for my new wagonr with three years of warranty
Near about before twelve days and now alarm of this kit is not working in open and lock the door. Its not working in reverse also. I read the customer care number behind the warranty card and i find that customer care number is switched off. It means no way to reach with the company then i found a way in google and submitting my complaint. Please resolve this problem as early as you can.

    I purchased maruti car last yearand got fitted central locking of your company which has 3 years warranty. But central locking stopped working in one year. I also called to your customer care no [protected] but call is not connecting. Kindly look into the matter and either provide me the address of service centre in chandigarh or send some mechanic for repairing the same at the earliest.

    I bought a XENOS car Central locking for my Hyundai EON car. The Auto Lock not working properly. I am facing issue in terms of opening and closing the Driver side door through remote, please fix this issue as soon as possible.

      My above xenos central lock system is working. But the alarm, including reverse horn is not working. I want it to be rectified.         The system was installed in Jhansi, UP. Currently I am at Bhopal, MP.
        I need service in bhopal so give the dealer details at bhopal. The system is under warrenty period.

        My car gets auto locked for every 15 sec when car is in idle. I tried to remove it many times.

          I got center lock set from phase 7 mohali. Its one month been only and now one door is not working with center lock key. I want solution of this one as i have one year of warrenty of center lock. Please fix it asap. Contact no is [protected].

            I am using your centre lock system for last four years.Few time I had been changed the battery of remote .But recently my remote is not working properly. Only locking button is working. Unlock button not working.battery is new and fuse is also new. Still the remote is not working. Kindly provide the service centre contact number, so that I can call for repairing the key remote.

                My both remote are not working and i am looking for a solution my central lock is still in warranty but my remote is not working nor able to open my car with remote please let me know what to do..

                  Sir, i have i10 magna. Central locking of xenos is installed in my car... From last two days it's malfunctioning... Locks are not working with remote as well as key when key is applying on main door lock... I went to a lock mechanic after inspection of central locking he told that its tunning is mismatched so it is not working... So please arrange a mechanic... Today itself

                    Xenos central locking system was installed in my car (hyundai-santro) in 2007 but the system not working, probably remotes are not working properly. I have contacted the service engineer of the shop from where it was installed, they advised us to contact the xenos authorized service center but not provided their contact number or address..

                      My remote battery was low and I changed new batteries 3+3 volts, but now it's not at all working. It was working fine for about a week and no response from the remote if I press all 4 button.

                        I have complaint about central locking system for 25 times but my system is not working properly service engineer came and take a box from my car and he place again this box in my car but the system is not working i called so many times she asked to kill another place to take a box in my car and ask to same another place to repeat please replace this device in my car again i have go so many times around many kilometres from my home but the response is null yonex is very bad in service the service engineer are liar

                            I am using xenos car lock to my dzire since 2010. Now it's remote was not working, and makes much more trouble. I contacted the showroom - carland, sastri road, kottayam, in kerala state - but, their reply was too poor. They have no liability and give a silly advise to contact mr. Rajesh in mobile ([protected]). That mobile number was switched off being one week, and can't connect. Please do needful urgently.

                                I have purchased remote control bearing number 17035926N4AF130043 for my vehicle Alto 800 RJ14WC 4296 on 02 April 2017. Now the driver side lock is not opening remotely. Complaint was logged on 06th Sep 2018 complaint number XNS-SERV[protected], the number mentioned in message is not responding.
                                Again I complained to customer care yesterday I was promised that it will be rectified today by 1030hrs. but still no one has called.

                                  I had brought the rotweller central lock in December 2017. From july 2018 it is not working. Complained on August 1st2018. But the technician never visited. Again called today. Customer care executive connected to the service head of Kolkata Mr.Devender. he was very rude. He said it will be only done when i bring the car to their service center. Is this the kind of service that xenos offers and keeps such rude staffs.I want a resolution else i will complain to the consumer forum.

                                    I have purchased xenos rottweiler 4w remote central locking & security system on 21/04/2018. From last 1 month, both the remotes are not working. I can lock/unlock the car using car key only without any arming. Reverse siron, central door lock are working without any issue.

                                    I tried to call customer care several times but never connected to customer car executive. Please help me to resolve the issue asap.

                                        I purchased a rottweiler 1a/4a 4w central locking and security system & front power window by xenos in hyundai excent car on 13/08/2017 from a the super carz accessories dealer in banglore. I've an authentic bill of purchase and a valid warranty card.

                                        The product is already giving me problems and its just been 6 months since i have purchased. I'm unable to lock my car through the central locking system & 4 indicator lights are blinking and i have to do it manually & have to cut off the wire for that.
