I have purchased reverse camera with usb + bluetooth, which is in warranty. As my bluetooth is not getting connected. I gave complaint on 22/1/15 and I received SMS on the same day, complaint number raised i.e., XNS-SERV[protected]. The service person came to me and took the piece to the workshop and stated that he has changed the mother board, it worked for one day again the problem erupts. I once again the complaint on toll free number on [protected], on several days today also, but there is no response from your end till date. I really vexed with your service. I would like to know the customer service centre in Chennai where I can have my car central locking system F2004A repaired as I am unable to open the car due to malfunctioning of the car central locking system.

I had purchased life time warranty car locking system, present it is not working, send it to company for servicing, but not repaired. so replace new car central locking system immediately. other wise i will lodge complaint against you in dharwad consumer form. this is for your kind information

    Very difficult to get support service. Helpline keeps you waiting till it disconnects. I am using Xenos central lock device. It frequently develops the problem and simply locks the driver side gate and rest three doors remain unlocked. The technicians have failed to give a long time solution to the problem.
    I feel, the Xenos products do not have quality and are not worth buying.

    I called up the call center no. No customer care executive is answering. Later I received a call informing me that I will get a message informing the service technicians no. I gotvthe message with a no. which is not active. Please do the needful. My Maruti Alto auto door lock is not working. I need just batteries. Kindly help me.

      i purchased this xenos car central locking a year back and since then i am really pissed off with the problem i am facing just because of this central locking.
      1st the siran never works, now the remote is not working so i am not able to unlock my car and as my car has ignition facility due to this central locking i cant even drive my car. when i called up the customer care no-[protected] they told me that some technical person will come down to rectify the problem before lunch time. when i didn't get a call form their side i called up again the replied that they are having lunch. again when i called up they gave me some no which was [protected]( this person replied that he would be able to came by tomorrow) when i again called up the customer care they gave me some other no - [protected] he replied that he would be coming by 6:30pm and that is also not sure.

      i am really frustrated, i just want someone to remove this bloody central locking to remove this central locking so that i am able to drive my car back home.

      My car s central locking system was installed in 2011. For t past few months t locking system is not functioning properly.i need to get it repaired or replaced.
