[Resolved] Xolo Black — Gorilla screen display though it was broken..In one time drop down... Want to get refund. | |||
To The lava international Snd warehouse. Myself rita arun gamit.. I had put an order on flipkart for xolo black.. On 02 nd april 2016. My order no is..[protected]. I was received xolo on 6 th april 2016.. Replacement guarantee time period is one month.. The xolo black screen was gorrila screen.. So it is scratch resistance.. Although the screen was broken only the xolo drop down one time from my hand.. Then phone was not working.. I had complaint for refund to flipkart... On 4 th may 2016.. But i don't get any satisfactory answer.. They r not ready for refund... I had choose this product because ur company is we'll known as well as your product features are good... The screen should not broken only one time drop down.. But it was broken.. And i was claimed within warranty period.. So please solve this problem and i m request for refund of xolo...
