Fake promise and lying about status of my phone.. having conversations with xolo customer care and head office.. they think they can make others fool and make customer dance on their false promises. I had given my new phone for display damage repair they had given me estimation I have agreed and told them repair as soon as possible and after so much mailing and calling they told me because you disagree estimation we are sending your mobile in same damaged conditions. XOLO customer care and xolo head office is having very poor coordination with each other and I have suffered a lot and disappointedbecause of they fake and false ppromises. After 23 days they called me for estimation and immediately retured back. I have all mail saved showing their incompetency and failure towards a customer. I want to punish them.
