[Resolved] Xolo Mobile Company — Mobile service center is not responding and not able to repair XOLO handset which is under warranty. | |||
I had purchase a xolo mobile q800, emi no- [protected], on 26 november, 2013 from connection & more at r.r.r road, mumbai . after 1 month from purchase date, mobile started problems i.e, memory card not supported, mobile started hanging. so i submitted it to xolo service center, charni road, mumbai. but they are unable to solve my problems permanently.so, i visited the service center at parel. they promised me solving all mobile problems in 20 days, but they kept my mobile for more than a month( 8th march to 16th april). but after 2 days it again started showing problem of hanging logo. then again i submitted my mobile in service for 2days. then my mobile started showing a new problem camera not found, memory card not detected. then again submitted my mobile on 28th april, 2014. but now they are not returning my mobile and not giving any explaination regarding that. i hav visited service center more than 5 times but still after 1 and half month they are not responding regarding my mobile and they are not even ready to give replacement for my mobile and not ready to repair my mobile. Not revert back my mobile
I was submit mobile on 9/6/14 for servicing n they tak time period 10days for delivery. but on completion of 40 days also they are not revert back mobile n also not give proper answer about this please help me .
