Xonight E-commerce — Order cancellation

I ahve purchased a smart on Flipkart from this seller
1st they accepted my order and It was going to deliver on the same purchasing date
But they didn't deliver
On very next day they cancelled the order by saying that their Delevery partner has denied to deliver the parcel
So they cancelled my order
Now I have to wait for next 10 day for my refund, That is going to be very though for me, as that phone was very urgent need for me,
Now I can't do anything untill unless I get my refund back
Seller like them should be banned from from all e-commerce platform for a better customer experience
