I have ordered realme 12 plus pro 12 + 256 gb and the product which I have recieved was realme 12 plus 8 + 256 gb. I have paid 27000/- and the product which I recieved was wrong & it costs near 18000/- . 1st they accepted my order and It was going to deliver on the same purchasing date
But they didn't deliver
On very next day they cancelled the order by saying that their Delevery partner has denied to deliver the parcel
So they cancelled my order

As on date of order delivery schedule show that mobile will be shipped as on 4th October, 2022 and delivery committed as on 9th October, 2022. 1. I have purchased Realme 13+ 5G device from flipkart (Xonight ecommerce) on 22 Oct 24(I checked specification of NFC and on Flipkart page of this device specification column it was mentioned as NFC : YES). It was an open box delivery where i have checked the phone condition and accessories in the box. After delivery when i started using device i wanted to use NFC feature of this device but i found that this device doesn't support NFC, I checked all settings but didn't found anywhere.
2. Please refer old grievance number mentioned above. After your mail to flipkart on that complaint they assigned a support staff Mrs Rukhsar, she collected all the evidence from me and agreed to create a refund request but request getting cancelled due to wrong information provided by the @flipkart rep in return creating, this happened three times for various reason. At last on 2nd Nov 24 I was unable to attend due to some commitments and on 3rd Nov I received two miss call from her with just one second and two seconds ring. Further for 4th Nov I sent a mail mentioning convenient time for call to me between 6pm to 9 pm on 4th Nov but she called me at 5.51pm which I wasn't able to attend and she closed my request. Further I called the flipkart customer support various times for help and they created refund request twice to get cancelled for various reason. 20 days gone still my money is stuck and I'm unable to use the device which is causing heavy unconvineance for me.

Now i request you to .Please look into the matter and ask flipkart to take back this device with refund only to bank account amount 22999/-.

I ordered a realme 12x worth 11107/- through Flipkart via shadow fax courier through this vendor. The same day it reached the nearest hub but my order was delayed on purpose for the next two days. I went to the courier office to get my prepaid order collected.. they said they had returned back to the seller the previous day itself. Do u guys have a tie up with the courier company not to deliver prepaid orders and delay the refund also? I received a msg stating that the refund has been completed but I'm yet to receive it. I checked with the bank manager too, he directly said if the seller had refunded, it would reflect in the account else not. Seems like xonight ecommerce is a fraud company

Sir, I placed an order for realme 12 pro from Flipkart at 16357 RS and used 3750 coupon provided by Flipkart and 3000 off on card payment. But seller cancelled my order because they don't consider the coupons.

I Was ordered Grey Silver Color but Received is Ice Blue.
Box IMEI NO and Mobile IMEI No not Match.
I was ordered 12Gb ram and 256 GB storage but received 8gb Ram 256 GB storage.
Charger received is 67w but on discription it's 80w charger.

So 4 major difference found in the phone.
So need to replace the same.
Box color is grey but in that mobile is ice blue.

I searched Oppo company's f21s pro 5g mobile on flipkart but on ordering it was changed to f21s pro 4g for technical purpose of flipkart or to confuse the customer.
I have requested to return my mobile through many calls and emails but I have been refused many times citing their wrong policies.
Gave me a lot of mental trouble.
My money should be returned from Flipkart and xonight e commerce company

I ordered a oppo reno 10 5g on 23 july, the payment has been made prepaid and it was an exchange with my old phone. The phone has yet not been delivered and its still showing order yet to be picked up.
Please look forward into this or i will file a court in case against you.
