Xonight E Commerce — Regarding exchange of phone

I have ordered oppo reno 8t 5g on 3rd. Feb and exchanged my old phone It was supposed to deliver today. Delivery agent ask me for the box of old phone. I was not having my old phone box so the delivery agent didn't come for the pick up and delivery. On flipkart website it is also not mentioned that box is required for exchange. Now i have raised a complaint on flipkart but recived a message that seller has cancelled my order. I have the box but not right now. It will take at least a week to get the box through parcel. Now my it my request that please give me 7 day time to get the box an do not reject the ordet as it is not my fault. It is sller's fault. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
