Hello sir mujhe damaged Product Mila hai o seller ki or se return request accept nahi ki ja Rahi so please help me Jo mujhe mobile Mila hai uska display screen damaged

I have ordered oppo reno 8t 5g on 3rd. Feb and exchanged my old phone It was supposed to deliver today. Delivery agent ask me for the box of old phone. I was not having my old phone box so the delivery agent didn't come for the pick up and delivery. On flipkart website it is also not mentioned that box is required for exchange. Now i have raised a complaint on flipkart but recived a message that seller has cancelled my order. I have the box but not right now. It will take at least a week to get the box through parcel. Now my it my request that please give me 7 day time to get the box an do not reject the ordet as it is not my fault. It is sller's fault. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Please attend my complaint immediately. I paid in flipkart for oppo f19 pro plus through sbi debit card. The seller xonight e commerce has neither accepted the order. Ordered on 29Dec 22 around 9am. Still no response and no solution.

I have order oppo F19 pro plus 5g from xonight e commerce on 11th December but the item is not packed yet nor dispatched yet . And I have just now seen many complaints against this seller. Please look into this matter and I need my product faster or my refund.
