Xpressbees Logistics — 4 out of 4 products are returned back to seller. | |||
I bought 4 items in the past 30 days from paytmmall and all are shipped through xpressbees with the following tracking numbers [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] All have reached the destination city in time and all have been assigned to the same deliver person. Every time i got a out for deliver message with the delivery person's name and phone number. He never called me on the first day and marked the status as "future delivery : requested by consignee". Next day i called him and he said, "i will deliver it by this evening" and din't deliver. Moreover he marked it as "future delivery : requested by consignee" again. The third day i called him again and he said the same thing and didn't deliver and marked as the same. Next day, the item is returned back to the origin. The same thing happened for all 4 items and all have been returned to the origin. The delivery guy not even called me once and i only called him every day for all products. For the last item when i called him, he changed his tune and said that my mobile number is missing on the package and he couldn't call me. I told him to save my number. He didn't call me. I called him again and same thing happened and the item is returned. If what he said was true, do you accept packages without recepients mobile number? This has been a pathetic experience and time consuming. I want to file a case on xpressbees logistics for wasting my money and time. Please help me in filing the case.
