The estimated delivery date for the above order was 24th October 2022. However no delivery happened till date. The whole festival was gone and hence I wanted to cancel the order.
I talked with the AJIO customer care person about cancellation of order, however the AJIO customer care person told me that the order has been shipped so you can deny the order acceptance when the delivery person/agent comes to deliver. However till date no attempts of delivery have been made, instead I get messages every 2 days that the product will be delivered today. The delivery agent do not attempt or call for order delivery and in the night at around 9pm sends messages i.e. Customer Not Available, Customer Wants to Open the Package, Customer ask for later delivery etc without contacting me !!!
