I ordered shoes from ajio but got wrong shipping address on the order.Shoes got shipped, sent an email to expressbees customer care to either cancel the shipment or deliver to another address.Got stupid reponse from cx care
representative that we will try to deliver it asap.He did not ever bother to read the email carefully. on 25th may got the message the order is out for delivery so immediately called the delivery person and told him to return the shipment as address is wrong and already ordered same shoes on right address but after sometime got message order can't be delivered as you requested open delivery and still getting those messages...the worst part is since 25th they attemped delivery more than 4 times despite of calling expressbees twice and asking them to send the order back and telling the same to the delivery boys as well ...really the worst customer service ever got...really frustrated now.
