I received a message stating I refused to accept the shipment. Why would I do that if I already paid for the shipment? I was available to accept the order and infact followed up multiple times with their delivery partner. Initially he answered, then began to ignore my calls and eventually blocked my number. I know this because when I try calling him from different numbers the call goes through. Anyway looking at the number of complaints I see for this company it looks like this is a horrible company to deal with. I am attaching pictures of my multiple attempts with their delivery partner.
