Xpressbees Logistics — Awb no.[protected]Non delivery of my courier on fake ground

Address:

Pramod Kumar Sinha,Jagdish Smiriti,RoadNumer 5A,Indira Nagar,Postal Park,Patna- 800001.

RBL Bank had sent one courier to me vide AWB[protected] and the same was yet to deliver to me on filmsy ground :
Day one- Insufficient address
Day two- I was not available
Day three- I was not available.
I had also called customercare on[protected] at 3.14 pm anf after talking for 07 minutes customer care perfon assured me for delivery but in vain.
Sent two emails to custpmercare but no acknowledgement although RBL Bank acknowledge the copy of the mail on both occassion.
