We have ordered a dress on club factory and it was estimated that it will be delivered by your xpressbee service. It has almost been a month now and when we called the club factory they say, the product has been delivered, but we haven't received our product and it is highly discouraging and sad on your parts (Club factory and xpressbee) since you both have no proper service regarding the same. No delivery person has come to our residence for delivery nor they called the two numbers provided by us. Then how could you come to a conclusion that our product has been delivered without our confirmation. The club factory keeps on saying the same thing like a parrot again and again that we are sorry for the inconveniences. But we are not here for sorry. We just need our ordered product since we have paid already or else refund our money. Since you (Xpressbee) is also highly involved in this, i request at least you to do the needful at the earliest otherwise we will have to lodge a complaint to higher officials
