Xpressbees Logistics — consignment pending for last 10 days for delivery | |||
Hi, I have booked a matte black sky blu full rim via order number [protected] on 24/9/2017 but has not been delivered till now. I have received an sms from xpressbees on 7/10/2017 stating that the consignment has reached kollam at 6:35 am but even after 3 days i have not received the consignment even when my location is inside kollam town. On 9/10/2017 i received a call from the number [protected] telling me that the delivery will not happen on 9/10/2017 and immediately i received an sms stating that “consignee not available”. I was shocked in receiving that sms as this is contradiction to what has actually happened. What shall i do now to receive the assignment??? Shall i go ahead with a legal complaint?? If i am not getting a revert from your end in next 2 hours i will definitely do that and post the details in social media as well… you can reach me @ [protected] / [protected]..
