Xpressbees Logistics — Courier picked up but not delivered nor returned to origin | |
Our order was picked up by Xpressbees on 11/10/2021 however AFTER PICKUP the shipment was cancelled by them due to a manifest error. On 17/10/2021 they cancelled the shipment. So now we are unable to track it and the goods have not yet been returned to us. Where are the goods? How long do we have to wait? How do we contact the customer support if the generated AWB is cancelled? Was this information helpful? | |
