Xpressbees Logistics — Credit card is not delivered

Hi.. I have got an message like the item 1 :[protected] and item 2 :[protected] are out of delivery on 21/04/2017. On that delivery date i was not in office. I have called the delivery boy and told that i will be available on monday. Again on monday i have called him and asked about the courier status. From him i did not get any response. Poor response from delivery boy. I am not sure about my courier status after that.

XpressBees Logistics has no office in Agra region.
they did not provide the our Courier delivery agent any information to the customer.
this compny Any Contact Number is not working.
Customer Service is Also very Pooor.
I am not satisfy with his service.
