Hi Team Xpressbees, I have received the book in damaged condition (Already shared the images, and video of the book with Shroff publications), the part of the book which is damaged was visible from outside of the packaging even other parts were also visible (Packaging was open from multiple sides). I requested your delivery executive that I will not accept it but he called 2-3 times to someone and then he misguided me and forced me to accept the package. According to him, return request should come from Shroff publisher and he will come again to collect the book once the request is raised. Now, I learnt from Shroff publisher its been asked that the request should come from customer (from me). I am not sure what kind of game is being played here. I request you to please look into it on priority as I need the fresh undamaged copy of the book ASAP. Regards, Shakun Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
