I have been waiting with much anticipation for the delivery of my new phone in which i have invested a little bit too much. However, the delivery company xpressbees have been the worst delivery service ever. The people are rude, curt, cut your calls, neither do they pick up their 'customer-care' calls, nor revert back through emails. The man (I have this intense urge to display his number and name, so here goes ghanshaym singh) has been exceptionally audacious to ask me to come to a specific location to pick up my order because my package has been 'given to him by mistake' by his company managers. His area of delivery is only delhi university and kashmere gate is 'too far' for him to travel! On top of that he said 'mei thodi na pura delhi ko delivery kar saku'. 'mera kam nahi hai' and etc. Nonsensical dialogues. I think he is forgetting that he is being paid for the job he is doing. While he acknowledges the fact that he has my phone, he has directly stated that he is lazy, lazy and lazy to deliver. I have been wasting my time and money trying to contact xpressbess with just an automated voice talking to me for two days. 'delivering happiness' is the least of their concerns and i find it difficult to understand why companies like paytm and such hire them as delivery agents. I propose they should either shut down their company or 'attempt' at making amends or work at 'improving customer interaction'! The delivery man has switched off his phone and has cut my calls and has now (After repeated begging) stated he'll contact me 2-3 maybe 4 hours later to 'let me know'. Was this information helpful? |
