Xpressbees Logistics — delay in delivery of product

Hello. Sir/ madam

This is sourav banerjee ordered a product with tracking id awb[protected] and the product is handed over to xpressbees on 05.05.2018 and suppose to be delivered to me by 08.05.208 and yet today is 09.05.2018 not delivered and the customer care is telling another 48 hours may be required for the delivery. So may i know whose faults is this? Being a government servant my election duty knocking and it's on 14.05.2018, so i can't understand when i'll get the product and i have to move out for duty on 12.05.2018. Resolve this soon.
