Xpressbees Logistics — Delay in receiving order | |||
I placed my order from purple.com on 30th june 2020. Estimated delivery that purple gave me was on 13th july due to covid pandemic. Shipment was couriered through xpressbees. But while tracking my order it showed that my order has been reached my district and not my nearby service centre on 4th july.in xpressbees the estimated delivery is shown as 7th july. But i waited till 13th july, still there is no call from the delivery agent. I informed xpressbees customer care on 14th july and they said they will be delivering once it reaches my nearby service centre. Still there was no improvement. I contacted purple customer care on 19th july and they said they have informed xpressbees for urgent delivery and it will be delivered to you within 2 days. I again tracked my order and as per purple customer care my order reached my nearby service centre on 21st july at 10.34am. Today is 22nd july 10.10 am. Till now i haven't received any call from the nearby service centre. I don't know why aren't they delivering my package. Please help me solve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
