The product was ordered from firstcry on 12th and was supposed to be delivered on 14th. The order was out for delivery from xpressbees yesterday (16th april) however till now it's not been reached.
Call xpressbees call center is no success since they always are busy and cannot pick the call due to long wait.
Even firstcry is not bothered whether the courier partner is delivering the package on the estimated delivery date or not. They still need 72hrs (I. E. 3 days) to investigate the delay and get the same process.
Isn't that frustrating of choosing such a worst courier partner just to save 20-30rs. Rather ask customer to pay and we will do so since we are ordering products for 3k+ and we can pay 200rs for delivery.
