Xpressbees Logistics — delivery issues and employee services

We ordered a product from amazon and it was getting deilvered with xpressbees and its not deilvered till today while it shows deilvered on monday on amazon app. And when we contacted xpressbees hanumangarh rajsthan the employee mr. Pardeep kumar replied that your product is still with amazon office and after i went to amazon office hanumangarh they confirmed that order is still with xpressbees. Please look into matter asap. I want a reaction to be taken asap regarding the company and mr. Pardeep kumar.

I placed order on 23 Oct the order was out for delivery twice not able to contact the delivery executive neither didn't get any call sent emails so many times no response
