Xpressbees Logistics — executive behavior and parcel delay problem | |||
Their delivery boy Intentionally not deliver my parcel last five days and their customer care executive Intentionally not help. parcel contains medical and xpressbees not delivered my parcel. I MAKE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE BEHAVIOR NOT GOOD. my parcel received to nearest hub on 15.02.2020 and 19.20.2020 not delivered yet. delivery boy daily out for delivery and then update few hours later mobile not reachable or address incomplete. i attach some screen shot to prove he daily intentionally not delivered my paecel. my number and address are correct because i already receive some parcel from same company. so kindly request you take some action against xpressbees.
