Xpressbees Logistics — Firstcry parcel not delivered on time and delivery agent giving false reason for non Delivery

Have ordered items from Firstcry on 22nd Nov 22 and it was supposed to get delivered by today after many mis route problems finally today the shipment was out for delivery but the customer didn't receive any call from the delivery agent. Customer only got a message that Shalu Sharma is waiting at the gate with your parcel please come and collect at 330 pm where as in the Firstcry app it was showing item not delivered because customer was not available and this was updated at 254pm
Why the update was early and why the customer got message more than 30 m8ns late.
