Xpressbees Logistics — I have ordered kurtis and I have not received the product but showing delivered

I have ordered a kurtis of worth 599rs from paytm order id:[protected], it was not delivered but in pharmacy ap it was showing product has been delivered on 20/12/2018. I also paid the money before itself, when i tried to contact them they were not responding.. I have purchased this item to present as a gift to my dear friend on christmas but my plan was flopped because of this paytm. I could have ordered from amazon or flipkart... Feeling regret very much

Try to resolve my issue as early as possible
