Xpressbees Logistics — I'm complaining about very delayed delivery

My courier was arrived at the nearest location on 10/11/2018 but since it is 12/11/2018 i have not received my delivery and the nearest location where the courier has been reached is about 10 or 15 min to my delivery location.
why my delivery is so late, either i have to cancel my order with compensation of delayed for the order. after reaching the nearest location they are saying you have self collect. Why i should collect the courier from them and they does not gave any notification regarding these.
