Xpressbees Logistics — late delivery and problem contacting | |
My parcel delivery was supposed to be on 20/10/18 but i didn't receive it. On 17/10/18 i received a msg stating that i'll be delivered my parcel within 3 days i. E20/10/18 but i didn't receive any call from the delivery boy instead i received a msg stating that my address is incorrect and delivery is cancelled. I contacted the customer service and they denied providing the contact of delivery person. On 22/10/18 i received a msg stating my order is out for delivery at 1.30pm, i didn't receive any call from delivery boy. At 9.30 pm a received a msg informing that delivery cancelled due to incorrect address or not contacting over phone. Please kindly take a notice of it and deliver my product asap. Pls provide the contact number of the person delivering so that i can help him with my address Pls take a look into the matter and resolve it. Expecting the earliest from you.
