My product was submitted to Xpressbees Jalgaon on 18th Dec 2020. for Silvassa, for which Expected date of Delivery provided was 20th December 2020,
i tried to Track it many times but every time it shows at Jalgaon, then i tried to contact Customer Care after so many attempts of contacting customer care my Parcel was Dispatched from Jalgaon on 21st December 2020, which was After Expected Date of Delivery,
Although it is already Delayed when i am trying ti track my shipment it is showing at Aurangabad from last 2 days it means Xpressbees is still not Serious about my issue.
whwnever i contact Customer Care through Telephone their response was always same " we have forwarded your Request "
i also asked them how to register complaint Response was They dont know
I also Tried through Email @[protected]@xpressbees.com Thier response was also same every time " Shipment havent recieved your nearest branch" instead of providing solution or Solve the issue
I had face a huge loss because of Xpressbees Worst process. Yet I have not get my Parcel Delivered. and i dont think they are capable of doing such business
