Xpressbees Logistics — Medicine not delivered. Fake update and false information provided by customer executives

I had ordered a box of medicine for my father who works out of country and needed to take the medicine with him when he was leaving from home. He was supposed to leave on 25th Dec. The delivery was supposed to happen on 23rd Dec to 24th Dec. The order was placed on 18th Dec via PharmEasy app. On 24th Dec afternoon I received update on the app that no one was available at home (there were eight people at home) and that I did not pick up the phone ( I received no phone call). I contacted the customer care number and I was told by 3 customer care executives (Pranita, Sandhya and one more person) that it will be delivered by today (25th Dec). The fourth one (Aniket) finally told me, very rudely that the warehouse is closed and the delivery cannot be made till Monday. He arranged a callback from his senior (Nitin) who was of no help. And went on to say that the complaint cannot be escalated. The sales executives were unhelpful and the information provided was false. The update given to the app was fake. The delivery people do not understand the importance of the order being made. And the people need to be a bit more helpful, instead of making the customers' life even more difficult, after the mess up by their delivery people.
