Xpressbees Logistics — my friend sent me a courier from nagpur on 29th july it didnt reached me till now

My freind sented me an courier from nagpur on 29th july it didnt reached till now. When i track it is in kannur, its not handovered to my nearest hub. When i call them the workers are becoming rude at me and dont allowing or replying proper details of my shipment so please do something as soon as possible.
