Xpressbees Logistics — My order was not delivered and in the site it was shown the customer is not accepting the order

My order is from ajio and i didn’t receive any call from the delivery man as corona pandemic no one is allowed to go upstairs
And the delivery man didn’t even called once reaching to the building
And in ajio app it’s written delivery attempted but no delivery was made
I hope to give me the parcel tomorrow or as soon as possible
