Xpressbees Logistics — My shipment from healthkart still not delivered by xpressbees and no updates as well

My consignment bearing AWB no:[protected], is not deliverd till date.
I have checked its status, but it is also not reflecting any activity or movement from bhiwandi since 23rd may. 2017.
Its really bad service from yoir end and pls take this complaint on fast track, because my consignment contains medicines which are intended for treatment of patient.
