Xpressbees Logistics — my shipment is not being delivered even after 15 days after the stipulated time

My shipment due date was 12.6 and it's already 29th.. Yes it's understandable that covid 19 situations make a delay but this much delay is totally unacceptable and there is absolutely zero response to the customers. Atleast enable cancelling the order so that we can get our money back. Being in the bhubaneswar hub it's not even getting delivered
