Xpressbees Logistics — my shipment is not delivered even after 15 days after the stipulated time

The shipment which has reached bbn/hub is still not reaching me. I am even interested to collect it from the hub but there is no information about where exactly is it in bhubaneswar. It's an urgent matter. I need the parcel urgently. I have already suffered too much delay
