Xpressbees Logistics — My Shipment not delivered, Deliver person asking me to pick up the order | |||||
Hi, My shipment with AWB No. [protected] My parcel consists of medicines actual Expected deliver date is 26/05/2021, When i called on 27th may, they asked me wait 48, I requested them to deliver soon, I received message from company on 29th and 30th that my shipment is out for deliver, But i did not received any call from the deliver person, When i call to the number of delivery person, which is mentioned in message it put on switched off for two days. again on 31st i raised issue against this issue with customer care they assigned new deliver person, When i called him, He told me to pick the shipment from the branch, and after again i called him few minutes later after complaining in the customer care, He also put is phone switched. While delivering medicine how the courier boy behaves rude?? I am the deliver person who is going to pick my order my self??? then what is the need of deliver persons and the courier company. Please i need to be resolution for the loss, imagine when medicine delivers late, Please stop the courier service if can't able operate properly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
