Xpressbees Logistics — no one contacted me and i received a message the house/office was closed, and hence couldn't deliver the product

I received sms updates that my shipment was out for delivery and a link that i can track my shipment.

A day later, i get an sms that my shipment couldn't be delivered. When i went to their site to check, there was an update that the residence/office was closed.in fact, the delivery executive never came and never called my registered mobile number too.

I tried to get in touch with their customer care number, but no response there too. I have emailed my details again to their customer care email id, but no response till now.
