There was a pickup arranged by first cry.com for return of baby shoes. Despite continuous customer care call no one is yet assigned to collect the concerned product... The courier company is constantly sending messages stating that we were not available at the said address or the said contact number to give the product to the concerned pickup guy...
But in reality no one has come yet to pick the product...
Now since 17th April I am trying to reach the courier company by calling them on the customer care number, but I cannot get through them... Was this information helpful? |
