I had purchased one dress from First Cry on Cash on delivery on 27th May 2016 and same was delivered to me on 31st may 2016. The dress was mismatch and i had applied for refund. On completing all the formalities a airway bill no. V[protected] generated and some sms sent to me to collect the package. But till today nobody came to collect the same. on inquired from First Cry they are saying the package has been collected from me. How can it possible its very strange to hear from First Cry as your courier service inform the First Cry. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at your earliest.
